Timing
- Matches are typically sent within 15 days of receiving your completed questionnaire.
- If your form is not submitted right away, your matching timeline begins once it’s received.
- You’ll receive a personalized introduction email as soon as your match is ready.
Privacy & Boundaries
- Your privacy comes first. PenPal introductions are made by email only.
- In the introduction email, we share each participant’s first name (or pen name) and a brief bio to help start the conversation.
- We do not share physical mailing addresses. Once you and your PenPal are ready to exchange mailing addresses, that step is entirely mutual and arranged independently between you.
